Temauanani Banda is a 9-year-old girl who lives with her Aunt Maria, who has cared for her since she was two years old. Both of Temauanani’s parents are deceased. She attends Masasa Primary School and is in the fourth grade. Her favorite subject in school is Chichewa, which she particularly enjoys learning.

October 2025 Visit Report

In October 2025, Agape Evangelical Ministries traveled with a small team to Mzuzu City, Malawi, in Southeast Africa. The team visited on October 8, 2025, and had the privilege of meeting with each child, their guardians, and the leadership of Mzuzu Baptist Church, who arranged the visit.

We enjoyed meeting Temauanani and her Aunt Maria during this trip. Temauanani had fun playing with several other children, coloring in books, and listening to stories being read to them. During this visit, she received new tennis shoes, socks, and clothing — all of which her aunt was very grateful for.
