Family & Education

Daniel has been living with his Aunt Beatrice for the past three years. He attends Mayala Primary School and is currently in the fourth grade. He participates in the children’s choir and had the opportunity to sing during the Sunday service when we worshipped with them.

Physical Health

Due to time constraints and being introduced to Daniel after the worship service, a full medical assessment could not be completed. However, Daniel appeared quiet and reserved, and according to his Aunt Beatrice, he has no known medical concerns.

Spiritual Health & Prayer Requests

Beatrice Nkhuwa and Daniel are both members of Mzuzu Baptist Church. Daniel is learning to sing in the children’s choir and is growing in confidence as he learns about being created in the image of God through his Sunday School lessons.

Please pray for Daniel to come to know God’s love for him as he learns about Jesus Christ. Pray for a child sponsor for Daniel and that he will continue to do well in school.

October 2025 Visit Report

In October 2025, Agape Evangelical Ministries traveled with a small team to Mzuzu City, Malawi, in Southeast Africa. The visit took place on October 8, 2025. During this time, we were introduced to Daniel Nalima as a new child in need of support.

Daniel currently lives with his Aunt Beatrice Nkhuwa, who works at the Baptist gift shop — a small wooden structure that sells snacks and soft drinks. Daniel’s father is unknown, and his mother suffers from a serious mental illness. She lives somewhere in Malawi but is unable to care for him.
